We're a small, hands-on team based in Ashford. The person who answers the phone is the person who'll turn up at your door.
Mark started Ashford Heating & Plumbing in 2013 with a single van and a simple promise: turn up when you say you will, give people a straight price, and leave the house cleaner than you found it.
Twelve years and over 2,000 jobs later, that hasn't changed. The team is now four engineers — Mark, his two sons Jack and Ollie, and Sam who's been with us six years. We're all Gas Safe registered and we all live within ten miles of Ashford. The work we do is in our neighbours' homes, so we do it like we'd want it done in our own.
We don't do hard-sell. We don't quote one price and charge another. We don't farm jobs out to subbies you've never met. You'll deal with one of us, start to finish, and you'll know exactly what's happening every step of the way.
